Decarbonisation Project Manager £65k + package London and South-East Regeneration Contractor We are on the lookout for a Decarbonisation Project Manager to join a Tier 1 Social Housing Contractor working in their decarbonisation and retrofit division. Working alongside the operational delivery team, the Decarbonisation Project Manager will support in the planning, coordination, and execution of retrofit projects. The role involves ensuring projects meet deadlines, staying within budget, and adhering to industry regulations. The Decarbonisation Project Manager will focus on assessments, designs, and integration of new systems or equipment into existing structures, ensuring they meet modern standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety. Responsibilities: Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and upper management to understand project requirements and provide progress updates. Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and project documentation, including contracts, timelines, and risk assessments. Ensure all Retrofit Projects maintain the highest quality standards and performance expectations. Provide technical guidance on various retrofit systems in line with company ESG goals and best practice. Liaise with clients to obtain funding through Government schemes. Involvement in bids. Qualifications/Experience: Level – 5 Retrofit co-ordination or similar (Desirable) Strong knowledge of PAS2030/35 (Essential) Proven track record in retrofit projects delivery Construction based NVQ 3 and above Good technical knowledge
