We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at our nursery in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent childcare and support to children in the early years Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow To build respectful, strong relationships with our children and parents/carers. To create and deliver exciting, stimulating & challenging environment & activities. To ensure our high standards of care, safeguarding and health & safety are continually delivered. To support the room leader with the day to day running and routines of the setting. Requirements At least 2 years experience working with young children in a nursery setting Qualification in Childcare & Education minimum level 3 Strong English language skills for effective communication Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Staff benefits include nursery fee discount, incentives and free uniform is provided. Full time level 3 childcare practitioner 37.5 hours per week. Pay £12.75 per hour. Possibilities for Overtime. This position may also suit a level 3 apprentice pay & conditions may differ.
