We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Paid Media Executive to join our team in the fast-paced world of sport. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, thrives on delivering measurable results, and is passionate about engaging fans through digital channels.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive ticket sales, merchandise revenue, fan acquisition, and brand awareness.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align campaigns with broader marketing and commercial objectives.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR are met or exceeded.
- Support the development of creative assets by providing briefs and performance insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Produce regular performance reports and insights to inform future strategy.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies in digital advertising and sport.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Exposure to managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for sport and understanding of fan behaviour and engagement.
- Experience working in or with sports brands, clubs, or rights holders.
- Familiarity with CRM and audience segmentation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, organic social, or influencer marketing.
