Your Role: Admin Assistant This vital position ensures our estate agency runs like clockwork. You’ll be a core part of our team, supporting agents, streamlining processes, and ensuring every client experience is seamless and professional. Key Responsibilities * Craft and organise property listings, including photos, descriptions, and marketing materials. * Handle inquiries via phone and email, providing top-notch customer service and directing clients appropriately. * Schedule property viewings and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination. * Maintain accurate property databases and client records with utmost confidentiality. * Assist with sales progression, from sale agreed to completion. * Coordinate marketing efforts, including social media posts, online listings, mailing lists, ad campaigns and print advertisements. * Prepare and manage essential documents, contracts, and compliance checks. * Step in for property viewings when needed. * Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies and handling general administrative tasks.
