1.Establish where we are with EHC needs assessments, quality of EHC Plans and annual reviews within the first month- 2. Identify gaps in practice for individual child/young person and make recommendations for improvement. 3.To report to the SEND Improvement lead weekly. 4.Be prepared to present to panels as required (e.g. High Cost Panel or Preparing for Adulthood Panel) 5. Able to take on complex casework if required to resolve child/young person’s plan for going forward
