We are looking for a strategic B2B Marketing Manager to help drive Dojo’s growth within the SME sector by empowering our frontline salesforce of Payments Consultants (PCs).

This role will be critical to maintaining our SME stronghold and advancing our brand awareness and market penetration in a highly competitive space. You will have the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives and have a meaningful impact on Dojo’s growth and long-term success.

This is a pivotal B2B marketing role focused on developing high-impact brand campaigns, marketing tools and paid media strategies that support both customer acquisition and the recruitment of top tier sales talent. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Growth, Enablement, and PC Recruitment, to ensure our brand resonates with SMEs across multiple verticals, while also positioning the PC role as an attractive, lucrative career choice across diverse audiences. This position will report to Dojo’s Head of Brand.

What you will do:

  • Own the Dojo brand narrative for the SME segment, ensuring the PC audience understands, connects with, and is motivated by the overarching Dojo brand mission and proposition.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team(especially Paid Media) to ensure up-to-date, SME-focused assets are available for lead generation across digital channels, aligned with current messaging, claims, and value propositions.
  • Shape the Payments Consultant (PC) brand strategy by working with PC Engagement and acquisition teams on materials that tell Dojo’s PC value proposition eg. this could be supporting on paid media PC acquisition campaigns
  • Events and local activation support and enablement: support milestone events eg. PC conference and local activations to generate awareness of Dojo regionally
  • Develop and launch consistent, scalable brand campaigns that empower PCs to drive acquisition at scale eg. producing assets PCs can use to scale product or promotions to their front book
  • Partner with the PC Experience Leadto ensure customer campaigns are tonally on-brand and optimised for communication channels, driving higher campaign adoption and field engagement.
  • Drive alignment across Sales and Marketingby acting as a bridge between brand strategy and frontline sales needs, ensuring marketing activations translate into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Lead regular marketing enablement sessions or PC huddlesin collaboration with the Enablement team, bringing new campaigns, assets, and messaging to life for the field force

What you will bring…

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, either agency or in-house. Working in a B2B environment is also a plus but not required.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently deliver complex campaigns
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to use data and insights to make informed decisions and demonstrate impact of brand activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to pivot quickly and make quick decisions based on changing needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity & a keen desire to launch new tactics and initiatives
