We’re excited to offer the opportunity for a Technology Project Manager who’ll collaborate with stakeholders from across the business and be responsible for delivering a broad variety of projects, end to end, including planning, organising, staffing, leading, and controlling activities.
In this role you’ll manage several projects concurrently, as well as work collaboratively across Technology and the wider organisation, delivering both Technology-led and business-led projects.
Working arrangements
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, covering family leave.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
About you
You’ll have a proven track record in hands-on portfolio, programme and project management along with a strategic mindset. You’ll also hold a Project Management qualification in PRINCE2, Agile or both.
With a proven track record and credentials of successful end-to-end delivery of Technology projects, you’ll have experience of budget management for projects, as well as previous experience of managing projects that involve a high degree of stakeholder engagement and change.
You’ll have experience of writing standard project lifecycle documentation and in working with PPM tools, as well as experience of managing projects involving cloud-based solutions and technologies e.g. SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to build trust and communicate effectively to people of all different technical abilities

Interview process
First stage interviews will be a short one-way video interview, successful candidates will then be invited to attend an interview via MS Teams between 12th-14th February. Final stage interviews will be held in person at our London offices on 18th and 19th February.
