Job Description If you are passionate about welding and fabrication and are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the railway industry, we encourage you to apply for our Mig/Tig Welder Fabricator position based in Derby! As a Mig/Tig Welder Fabricator, you will be an integral part of our clients team, contributing to their mission of providing superior repair services to the railway industry. Utilising your expertise in Mig/Tig welding techniques, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and repairing metal components for rolling stock, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Youll be initially based in Derby but you may be required to visit different customer sites and depots across the UK. Flexibility to stay away from home when needed is essential, with all expenses covered. This is a Full-Time, Permanent role with excellent progressive opportunities available! What youll be doing Interpret engineering drawings to determine welding requirements for railway components Perform Mig/ Tig welding operations on a variety of metal alloys used in rolling stock construction, including stainless steel and aluminium
