The Position Join our Technical Services team at Roche, where you\’ll be a Service Expert providing essential support for our pathology laboratory solutions across the North UK. You’ll be part of a team of technicians and scientists committed to delivering excellent customer support and making a real impact in the healthcare industry. The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be a key part of our field support team, focusing primarily on Roche Tissue Diagnostics instruments. You will build strong customer relationships and provide a high standard of service through a variety of critical functions.
Lead installation projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement system modifications.
Provide training and support to laboratory scientists.
Optimize systems and provide expert consultancy on workflow design.
Attend customer review meetings and support product demonstrations.
Collaborate with the wider Roche team to ensure our customers receive the best possible support.
