Position: HVAC Engineer Location: Newcastle Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call rotation About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our client’s expanding team, working on high-profile commercial projects. The role involves servicing, maintaining, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across offices, retail spaces, educational facilities, and healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities: * Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and cooling units. * Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems meet efficiency and compliance standards. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults in a timely and accurate manner. * Maintain detailed records, including risk assessments, system performance reports, and job updates. * Deliver top-tier customer support and technical advice to clients. * Ensure strict adherence to on-site health and safety protocols. Requirements: * Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer (commercial experience preferred). * Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., F-Gas certification, NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning). * Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across HVAC systems. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Full UK driving license.
