Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a geographically distributed team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Drive the development and automation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and highly available. Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless integration of DevOps practices. Ensure the security and fault tolerance of systems by implementing best practices and monitoring compliance with industry standards. Oversee the use of infrastructure management and CI/CD tools ensuring efficient automation of provisioning and deployment processes. Collaborate with leadership to align DevOps strategies with overall business goals and technical roadmaps. Lead the incident response process, ensuring quick resolution of infrastructure issues and continuous improvement of processes. Essential skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
