What You\’ll Do
Collaborate across teams and with suppliers to keep products flowing and customers happy.
Use data and insight to forecast demand and respond quickly to changing trends.
Support product launches, seasonal events, and promotions, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Champion continuous improvement, always looking for ways to make processes better for everyone.
Build an inclusive, positive culture by living our M&S values and spending time in store to understand what matters most to our customers.
Who You Are
Experienced in supply and demand planning, ideally in retail or a similar environment.
Passionate about food, our products, and making a difference for customers and colleagues.
Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage priorities and adapt to change.
Analytical and confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support decisions.
A collaborative team player who values inclusion, resilience, and brings a positive, proactive approach to every challenge.
