Production Manager opportunity in this large, established and successful subcontract precision engineering company. We are looking for an experienced engineer and manager who understands the detail and challenges of a CNC machine shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities within the workshop to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and operators, fostering a productive and positive working environment.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
