We are hiring for a temporary position to work on a project at university halls accommodation near Deptford, London. Responsibilities: Painting and decorating university halls to a high standard Preparing surfaces, including sanding and priming Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes as required Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a professional standard Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Basic plumbing Compliance testing (fire alarms, water temperatures etc) General Handyman Requirements: Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality MUST have a valid DBS check Available to start work immediately Benefits: Competitive hourly pay of £13.00 – £15.00 Immediate start
