NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics and accelerated computing for three decades. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As a new college graduate, our rotation program will team you up with experienced Solution Architects for on-the-job training as you work as part of a team supporting customers building solutions with our newest software and hardware platforms. A Solutions Architect is the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA and our partners and customers. You will dynamically engage with developers, data scientists, scientific researchers, IT and senior leaders.
You will spend up to 16 months rotating through customer-facing teams supporting different industries such as higher education, retail, healthcare, automotive, robotics, etc. In the process, you will have the opportunity to become a specialist in our enterprise products as well as our developer software platforms such as NVIDIA AI Enterprise, CUDA-X and Omniverse. You may also be able to rotate with other departments at NVIDIA. At the end of the program, you will have become a domain specialist on at least one NVIDIA technology and will join a team as a Solution Architect in an area of your choosing.

What You Will Be Doing
- Interact with end-users in academia and industry, develop a keen understanding of their goals and needs, define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs.
- Demonstrate accelerated computing and AI workflows, deliver trainings using NVIDIA hardware and software, and enable users to be NVIDIA champions e.g. Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Ambassadors.
- Partner with Sales Account Managers or Developer Relations Managers to secure design wins, assist in technical conversations and support our products under customer evaluation and towards integration into IT infrastructures.
- Identify gaps, propose and develop prototypical solutions, communicate customer requirements to NVIDIA Engineering to foster product improvements.
- Some rotation assignments require travel and customer visits.
What We Need To See
- Newly graduating with a MS (or equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Coursework in Machine Learning, High-Performance Computing, Deep Learning & AI, Data Science or Visual Computing.
- Skilled in 1 or more programming languages (Python, C/C++, etc.).
- Action-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers, fluent in English both oral and written.
- Passion for continuous learning and knowledge transfer
- Passion for accelerated computing.
- Skilled at profiling, analyzing, optimizing code
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch), GPU programming (e.g. CUDA) and/or 3D (i.e. 3D Visualization, Digital Twin, Physical AI concepts and tools).
- Understanding of system architecture and operations inc. Distributed, and cloud computing, networking, filesystems, virtualization (e.g. Docker), system and workload management (e.g.Kubernetes), etc.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and an enthusiastic presentation style.
