Our client is one of the leading providers of bespoke furniture and architectural joinery. They specialise in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality bespoke interiors for both residential and commercial projects. Over the years they have built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach, working with high-net-worth clients and renowned interior designers, architects, and builders. They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of projects, ensuring their designs and manufacturing processes meet budget expectations while maintaining the quality the company is known for. The successful candidate will be working closely with the designers and project managers to provide timely and precise costings for a range of bespoke furniture and architectural joinery projects. Skills and Experience needed for the role of Estimator: * Experience as an Estimator within the building, furniture and/or joinery industries. * Excellent understanding of cost breakdowns, material costs, labour estimates and project budgeting. * Familiarity with estimating software and spreadsheets. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations. * Good communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal teams and external suppliers. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. They are open to the candidate working from their London or Cheshire locations with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement. In return they can offer: £45,000 – £55,000 per year plus company pension and private medical insurance. Company events and cycle to work scheme
