Our Controls & Performance team provides strategic advisory for business transformation and controls & performance functions across project and programme management.

The Opportunity

We seek enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals passionate about delivering results and supporting complex projects. Experience in Project Controls/Major Project and Programme Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client environments, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize PMO and controls & performance strategies.
  • Analyze findings and prepare reports across project stages.
  • Lead workshops with clients in virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Collaborate within diverse teams at client sites and remotely.
  • Apply and adapt methodologies, processes, tools, and systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and development.
  • Manage workstreams independently for growth.
  • Support business development activities like bids and proposals.
  • Engage in marketing and social media efforts.
  • Participate in people development as a mentor or line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years’ professional experience in Project Controls, with relevant industry background (Master’s degree or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience on major capital projects/programmes, especially within infrastructure sectors.
  • Knowledge of capability/maturity assessments and controls & performance processes.
  • Experience with digital tools and supporting decision-making based on actionable data.
  • Strong report writing and stakeholder engagement skills, including with C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, diagramming, whiteboarding, collaboration tools, and controls & performance software.
  • Experience in business transformation and change management is advantageous.
  • Understanding of target operating models and organizational design in infrastructure delivery is beneficial.
  • Certifications like APM, PMI, or similar are preferred.
