Job Description
Who are we?
Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.
We’re seeking a strategically minded, creatively driven Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of the guest experience across Wellness, Pursuits, and F&B – not only at Estelle Manor but also across the clubs (Maison Estelle and Celeste). Your remit will include campaign execution, brand journey development, and the delivery of seasonal activations and design identities across all three venues.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring the annual brand plan to life, leading on the creation of visual identities for everything from seasonal restaurant refreshes to pop-up pursuits like forest falconry, lakeside picnics, or curated wellness retreats. You’ll ensure these identities are beautifully and consistently expressed across all touchpoints: signage, digital, collateral, guest materials, and in-room communications.
This role requires someone who understands the power of storytelling through design, detail, and spatial experience – and who thrives on refining ideas until they’re polished and beautifully aligned.
It’s also a rare opportunity to help shape a bold and distinctive lifestyle brand in its early chapters, while receiving guidance and support from the Group Brand & Marketing Director and Head of Marketing as you grow into a confident and creative brand leader.
Who we are looking for?
- 4–6 years’ experience in brand marketing, creative execution, or lifestyle campaign delivery – ideally in hospitality, luxury wellness, experiential or high-end F&B sectors.
- Creatively confident with a sharp eye for storytelling, identity, and detail.
- Experienced in briefing, reviewing, and rolling out creative work across multiple channels.
- Organised and commercially aware, with strong project management skills and an ability to drive ideas through to execution.
- Able to collaborate across teams and confidently manage timelines, expectations, and quality standards.
- Passionate about guest experience, design, and building brand equity through meaningful creative work.
