Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join the UK & NI Talent team
The Talent Partner will work closely with the Business and HR team supporting multiple end-to-end recruitment activities.
You will work closely with hiring managers for campaigns / sourcing strategy / hiring plans
Supporting the team with sourcing to attract top talent, build and manage pipelines
The role will include guiding managers in the interview and selection process
Address business recruitment needs
Required experience
Previous Talent Acquisition experience with-in a large organisation
Able to manage own workload whilst working in a demanding environment
Effective communication skills
Able to multi-task
