MAC & PC Support Technician required by an expanding creative company based in Central London, near St Paul\’s Station in a fresh and fun agency that works with large entertainment and retail brands across the world to help them deliver advertising, branding, retail marketing and much more. This is an office based role. The successful PC & MAC Technician will report to the Group IT Director and will take the lead on the support and training of the Junior Engineers which include the media team and 3d creative team. You will also be working directly with the HR team, ensuring that any new starters within the company have the correct equipment, installing any new systems that are needed and upgrading current workstations. You will also work as the Lead Technician on the up-and-coming projects, including the rollout of a support desk ticketing system to improve workflows and improve SLAs. This role will probably suit someone who has worked on the creative side of marketing and media companies previously who has become a techy and moved into IT Support.
