Box Truck Driver (CDL Not Required)
Brief Description
Pay: $20 per hour + weekly performance incentives (averaging $24 per hour)
Our drivers provide exceptional customer service 7 days a week. We deliver to all surrounding areas in New York City, Boston, Maine, and Washington DC. At Baldor, we pride ourselves on delivering exactly what the customer needs, when they need it.
CDL NOT REQUIRED. We are hiring both CDL (Class A & B) and non-CDL truck drivers.

- PAID overtime.
- Weekly driving incentive bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily deliveries based on assigned routes.
- Follow customer service standards and meet customer needs.
- Accurately count products during loading and delivery.
- Communicate with supervisors and customers regarding service needs or emergencies.
- Handle credit slips and cash collections when applicable.
- Complete all trip documentation in English.
- Maintain a recent driving record or abstract.
- Obtain DOT Medical card before starting.
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
- Be able to lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 pounds.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of box truck driving experience or an entry-level driver certificate.
- No more than 4 points on your license in the last 36 months.
- No more than 2 suspensions in the last 36 months.
- No DWI/DUI convictions.
- Pass pre-employment physical aptitude test.
