We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our educational team for a September start. The SEN TA will work to support the delivery of high-quality education to students. Responsibilities:

* Student Supervision: Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch breaks, and outdoor play to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Behavior Management: Assist in implementing positive behavior management strategies to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assessment Support: Assist in grading assignments, recording grades, and providing feedback to students to track their progress.
* Parent Communication: Communicate with parents or guardians as needed regarding student progress, behavior, or other concerns.
* Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as record-keeping, preparing materials, and organizing classroom resources.

Qualifications:
