Overview of the Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a bold and visionary Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s content and community presence across all social platforms. This isn’t just about following trends — it’s about setting them. Sitting at the intersection of culture, creativity, and innovation, you’ll produce platform-native content that drives engagement and sparks conversation globally.

As part of our award-winning creative team, you\’ll play a key role in redefining how a fashion brand shows up online. From Instagram to TikTok, YouTube, and beyond, you\’ll drive the strategy and execution of social content that’s visually powerful, culturally relevant, and community-first.

This role goes beyond posting — it’s about pushing creative boundaries. You’ll lead the development of fresh content formats, collaborate with trendsetting creators and influencers, and build an always-on social presence that excites, engages, and converts. You’ll also support international teams in maintaining a unified brand voice while enabling localised content execution.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager

  • Develop and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including new and emerging channels.
  • Identify viral trends and timely cultural moments, ensuring the brand participates in a relevant and impactful way.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone while respecting regional nuances.
  • Monitor performance metrics to drive engagement, growth, and strategy evolution.
  • Manage social media ad spend and boosted content when necessary.
  • Report monthly on social performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and address copyright or impersonation concerns.

Campaign & Influencer Management

  • Lead ambassador and influencer relationships, managing content pipelines and deliverables.
  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns from ideation to rollout.
  • Conceptualise and deliver branded content and social advertisements.
  • Draft and manage contracts for creators, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Collaborate with retail and distribution partners to amplify brand presence across their platforms.
  • Evaluate and manage incoming collaboration proposals and influencer partnerships, tracking ROI and overall performance.

What We\’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge and active use of major social platforms.
  • Familiarity with global digital trends and emerging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, community building, and organic engagement.
  • Excellent creative instincts and a keen eye for digital storytelling.
  • Proven ability to grow audiences and build brand equity through social media.
