You\’llberesponsibleforcoordinatingsurveyingoperations,ensuringtechnicalcompliance,andmanagingkeystakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities
- Coordinateandmanageon-sitesurveyingworks,ensuringcompliancewithtechnicalspecificationsandH&Sregulations.
- Liaisewithstakeholders,includingthird-partybuildingrepresentativesandprojectteams.
- Conductsiteinspectionsandsupportaccuratedatareportingandqualityassurance.
- Facilitatecommunicationacrossmultidisciplinaryteamsinahybridworkingenvironment.
RequiredQualificationsandExperience
- 8+yearsofexperienceinsurveyingorinfrastructureprojects,withatleast5yearsintheUK.
- Provenexperienceinrail/ high-speed construction projects.
- DegreeinSurveying,Engineering,orrelatedfield.
- FluentinEnglish(C1levelminimum).
- ValidCSCScardisrequired.
- SMSTScertificationishighlyvalued.
- Familiaritywithconstruction/surveyingsoftwareisanadvantage.
