We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Director to join a leading content agency known for creativity, collaboration, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a creative team, setting the vision for outstanding design across a wide range of content, including both print and digital channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the creative direction for a variety of content-driven projects from concept to delivery
- Generating innovative ideas and setting the design vision to ensure work is fresh, engaging, and consistent across print and digital channels
- Overseeing the design of client content across multiple channels
- Working directly with clients, presenting ideas, and managing relationships to ensure creative solutions meet their objectives
- Mentoring and developing the design team, championing best practices and innovation
- Reviewing and refining creative output to meet client objectives and exceed expectations
- Supporting pitches and presentations for new business opportunities
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Design Director, Creative Lead, or similar senior design role, preferably within an agency or content-led business
- A strong portfolio showcasing print and digital content design
- Skilled at developing creative concepts and visual ideas that solve client challenges
- Experience supporting new business pitches is a plus but not essential
