This is an outstanding opportunity to work on targeted large-scale events at very prestigious locations. Our client has extensive exhibition experience, and they are offering a very generous salary and commission structure as well as a brilliant working environment. Excellent training is provided and the opportunity to quickly earn big money. * £30,000 – £40,000 basic + outstanding commission scheme with potential to earnt £100K+ * Based in Dorking * 20 days holiday + 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year * Opportunities for International travel – twice a year * Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm Job Description: * Work on multiple exhibitions in specialist sectors. * Build and manage an evolving list of potential exhibiting companies, increasing revenue through selling exhibition space and sponsorship. * Responsible for driving weekly sales campaigns, aiming to meet the annual event sales target. * Maintain and update the company CRM system. * Introduce and pitch the exhibition to senior decision-makers from SMEs to global corporations through cold calling and engaging with existing clients. * Manage new and existing exhibitors, helping them achieve maximum ROI from our events. * Work with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of events. Person Specification: * Proven experience in a telephone-based or face-to-face commercial sales role (ideally exhibitions). * Bright and ambitions trainee will also be considered * Strong communication skills (written, verbal, email). * Team player * Highly organised, self-motivated, with the initiative and ability to work independently and manage your own workload. * Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, CEOs, and Presidents. Adaptable and flexible in using multiple sales approaches to close deals. * Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adept at using social media platforms (such as LinkedIn and Xing) to connect with relevant prospects.
