Role Overview
As a leading neurotechnology health brand, our visual presence must consistently reflect both scientific integrity and premium positioning. In this role, you’ll shape and scale our brand\’s visual identity across paid ads, organic content, and email assets. Your work will directly contribute to building trust, driving engagement, and achieving performance targets across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

40% Design and iterate on static and motion ad templates for Meta, TikTok, X, and Google Display, following strict brand guidelines Templates are actively used by channel owners; ads meet or exceed performance benchmarks
25% Lead design for organic social (LinkedIn carousels, IG Reels, YouTube thumbnails, Pinterest pins) to uphold a consistent, premium brand identity Strong, cohesive visuals; measurable quarter-over-quarter growth in engagement
20% Design email creatives in Figma and Adobe, including hero images, modules, and lifecycle sequences, in alignment with the brand’s component library Increases in open-to-click and revenue-per-send metrics
10% Manage and evolve the cross-channel component and template library Reliable brand consistency, quick asset access, minimal revisions

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
