Reports To: Head of Growth / Creative Director

Role Overview

As a leading neurotechnology health brand, our visual presence must consistently reflect both scientific integrity and premium positioning. In this role, you’ll shape and scale our brand\’s visual identity across paid ads, organic content, and email assets. Your work will directly contribute to building trust, driving engagement, and achieving performance targets across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Focus Responsibility Success Indicator

40% Design and iterate on static and motion ad templates for Meta, TikTok, X, and Google Display, following strict brand guidelines Templates are actively used by channel owners; ads meet or exceed performance benchmarks

25% Lead design for organic social (LinkedIn carousels, IG Reels, YouTube thumbnails, Pinterest pins) to uphold a consistent, premium brand identity Strong, cohesive visuals; measurable quarter-over-quarter growth in engagement

20% Design email creatives in Figma and Adobe, including hero images, modules, and lifecycle sequences, in alignment with the brand’s component library Increases in open-to-click and revenue-per-send metrics

10% Manage and evolve the cross-channel component and template library Reliable brand consistency, quick asset access, minimal revisions

5% Turn top-performing assets into reusable, branded templates All successful assets documented and added to the creative library

Must-Have Qualifications

A polished portfolio featuring paid ads, organic content, and email designs—performance metrics a plus

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, motion, and typography

Bonus Points For

Experience using Motion or similar creative analytics tools

Strong typography and branding chops, including type customization

High-level image retouching and 3D asset integration skills
