Due to continued growth, this highly respected law firm is looking to hire a junior lawyer (NQ-1 PQE) to join their personal injury team based in Glasgow.
The responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence,
- Dealing with all types – Fast track and Multi-track cases.
- Reviewing all evidence and establishing prospects of success
- Reviewing and valuing injury claim
- Preparing witness statements
- Drafting Court proceedings
- Drafting various relevant court documents
- Reviewing and valuing credit hire and other special damage
- Complying with court directions
- Dealing with applications and court hearings
- Negotiating settlement
Requirements:
- You will have at least a 6 month seat in personal injury and ideallywithexperience of RTA.
- September 21 qualifiers are alsoinvited toapply.
- You should have excellentcommunication skills and belooking join anambitious and growing law firm.
