Due to our continued growth, Progress Teachers is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants (Levels 1,2 & 3) to join a Secondary School in Sheldon. If you are passionate about supporting the next generation of students we invite you to apply for this role. Job Duties Providing targeted support & tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of individual students' academic, behavioural and emotional. Help students access the curriculum by adapting materials, breaking tasks into smaller steps and offering support Support Physical & Sensory Needs by assisting with any mobility or physical needs and helping students with sensory impairments. Encourage students to develop skills that will help them work independently, such as organisation, managing time effectively and using technology. Helping the teacher deliver lessons by providing additional support to students with SEN & Complex Needs either in small groups or one-to-one. Establish trust and rapport with students to help them feel safe, valued and supported.
