Position: Consumer Duty Specialist Contract Type: 9 Months with potential extension Location: Fully Remote Rate: Up to £465 per day OUTSIDE IR35 Role Overview: As a Consumer Duty Specialist, you will work closely with the Compliance Team to produce and implement comprehensive Consumer Duty policies. This is a project-based role, expected to last 9 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our Consumer Duty policies, target market assessments, and Regulatory literature reviews meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: – Develop and implement Consumer Duty policies. – Conduct thorough target market assessments. – Review and refine consumer literature and other Regulatory documents. – Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure alignment with project goals. – Maintain a high level of attention to detail and analytical rigor in all tasks. Ideal Candidate: – Proven experience in a Compliance role within FS businesses (Asset or Investment Management preferred) – Strong knowledge of Consumer Duty requirements. – Ability to produce detailed and accurate policy documentation. – Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. – Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on getting the job done. – Team player, open to direction and support from colleagues.
