About The Role
Position: SIA Door Supervisor – Cardiff
Hourly Rate: £14.68 to £16.30 (inclusive of holiday pay)
Schedule: Weekend evening shifts

We are seeking new Door Supervisors who embody these values to join our team in Cardiff, keeping people safe at venues like Albert\’s Schloss, Manahatta, Banyan, and BOX. Our highly trained security team ensures a seamless customer experience while maintaining safety and security.
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervision Licence
- Experience as a Door Supervisor in the night-time economy (bars, pubs, clubs, etc.)
- Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings
Your Main Duties:
- Assess guest suitability and monitor behaviour according to policies and legal requirements
- Manage venue capacity and disperse crowds appropriately
- Patrol the venue and conduct occasional physical searches of guests
- Refuse entry or require guests to leave based on behaviour or house rules, which may require physical intervention
- Protect assets
- Report and record incidents, searches, and patrols
About You:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart appearance and impeccable personal presentation
- Ability to de-escalate conflicts confidently
- Vigilant with a keen eye for detail regarding security risks
During screening, you must be able to provide evidence of 5 years of employment/education history and references promptly upon request.
