My client is an award winning Manchester based PR & Public Affairs consultancy. Due to ambitious growth plans they are looking to speak to PR and/or Public Affairs candidates at Account Executive/Senior Executive, Account Manager/Senior Account Manager and Account Director level. From launching a city’s coolest place to live, to taking on complex planning and infrastructure projects and engaging communities on regeneration plans, they create meaningful communications that deliver positive change. They work with a long list of fantastic clients and they are pretty proud of the projects and award-winning campaigns they’ve worked on. As a growing agency, we’re now looking for someone to join our busy team who has creative flair and can get stuck in. They are looking for an ambitious candidate with either a background in PR/communications or politics/stakeholder engagement – or a mix of both! No two days are the same but the sort of things you could be working on include writing press releases and blogs, drafting engaging social media content, organising public consultations and events, political research, copy writing and strategy development. For Account Executive applicants you will have at least one year’s experience in the property, regeneration, energy or infrastructure sectors. For Account Manager and above the applicants they are looking for should have a couple of years' experience at least. Joining a rapidly growing business means you’ll get great career opportunities but also, importantly be part of a close-knit, friendly team. Ideally you’ll have some or all of the below: • Strong research, writing and presentation skills. • Great project management and prioritisation skills. • The ability to write creatively across a variety of different formats. • Expertise in media relations, including writing and pitching to journalists. • Experience of managing social media campaigns. • Experience in engaging with stakeholders and communities on development proposals. They are a based in central Manchester but they also work from home, with a minimum of two days in the office. With a competitive salary and bonus scheme they also invest in regular training and plenty of socials. So, if you’ve got property, regeneration, energy or infrastructure experience and fancy a new challenge, or if you work in the wider world of communications, engagement or politics and think you’d be a good fit for our team, give us a shout
