Your new role
A Senior Business Analyst is urgently required to join the organisation. Sitting with the Business Solutions team, you will work closely alongside front-office stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements, document process workflows and arrange user acceptance testing for the allocated projects within the programme plan. The key applications supported include the Charles River and an in-house Middle/ Back office system.
The Senior Business Analyst will specifically be required to work on an upgrade of the Charles River systems V21 and will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working on systems implementations previously. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Head of Business Solutions to successfully deliver this project and any others required. They will provide day to day support to developers and business users and will define and document procedures and training materials for business departments, organise walkthroughs and system demos.

- Solid knowledge of the Asset management industry
- Experience of working on Charles River systems implementations, upgrades or migrations
- Strong experience of working closely alongside both business and technology stakeholders
- Experience of working with Front office stakeholders, including Fund Managers is essential.
