Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of proposals for Baker Hughes Subsea Projects & Systems, including complex integrated offerings with external partners.
  • Manage the tender process from inception through contract finalization, including capture plan execution and project mobilization.
  • Influence customer decisions to position Baker Hughes for success while adhering to customer requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure alignment of capture strategies with standard product offerings and execution plans.
  • Identify risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies and engaging stakeholders.

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or proven sales/commercial experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the subsea industry environment and market participants.
  • Significant experience in commercial models for complex oil and gas deals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, pricing, and legal aspects of contracts.
