The Role We are seeking an Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering mechanical services for residential developments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed designs for HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical services for residential buildings. * Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams to deliver coordinated designs. * Prepare technical drawings using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM. * Ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and relevant standards. * Provide technical support and advice to clients and project teams throughout the design and construction process. * Perform site visits when required to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to designs.
