You’ll report to the VP of Culture & Corporate Communications and work closely with our Group Chief Brand & Culture Office on special projects. As the voice of Ennismore across platforms, you’ll bring consistency, creativity and a sharp editorial eye to everything you do.

Job Description

  • Keep the Ennismore website regularly updated — publishing fresh content and stories that reflect our people, brands and purpose.
  • Source and write stories in line with our content strategy, working with brand teams and internal stakeholders to uncover compelling angles across people, culture and ESG.
  • Draft press releases for Ennismore brand signings, openings and corporate announcements.
  • Curate and manage digital assets across the business, ensuring our central asset folders are up to date and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels, drive campaigns, highlight openings, and support internal storytelling.
  • Create and distribute monthly reports that cover PR, social media, and internal communications activities.
  • Ensure Ennismore brand material is kept up to date and distributed to the relevant teams.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to produce our quarterly All Hands hosted by Ennismore’s Co-CEOs.
  • Supporting in collating and drafting content for various Accor initiatives, including its various websites and campaigns.
  • Assist the Chief Marketing & Culture Officer on special projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

What we\’re looking for…

  • You’re a natural storyteller with excellent copywriting skills and a knack for turning complex ideas into engaging content.
  • You’re digitally savvy and fluent in managing social media platforms, CMS systems and web updates.
  • You’re well-organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and representing the brand voice across internal and external communications.
  • You have experience in drafting press releases and understand the rhythm of corporate communications.
