The Apparel DesignerIwillprovidecreative & tactical designexpertisefor the apparel categorywith a focusagainstIn-Line, Market SMU & Athlete propositions.Will be contributing inconsumer & athlete first Design, Storytelling & Creation solutions to enable delivery of an elite football apparel proposition.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Creative Vision

Translate football specific consumer & athlete needs,preference& ambitions into a world class product proposition that isviable& credible in the highest forms of the game.

Place the consumer experience at the center of category/concept storytelling, with an emphasis on credible, important narratives that drive consumer engagement.

Ability to source a wide range of inspiration & influences to deliver strong curated applications of creativity.

Develop powerful & compelling product presentations to articulate & inspire adoption.

Consumer centric approach to ensure relevant insight is assembled & translated across concept, design & engineering tovalidate& inform creative decision making.

Leverage & interpret Brand DNA, Seasonal influence, & category positioning to drive a consumer right proposition.

Design Creation

Creative Graphic ideation & delivery,realisedthrough impactful&insight driven narratives.

Translate insights into relevant, important&impactful seasonal design stories&graphic executions that can be applied to a variety of products from apparel,equipment & accessories.

Build high-quality, true-to-life 3D garments using CLO 3D based on design sketches, tech packs,&fabric properties.

Build 3D presentations & animations for internal/external partners.

Optimize3D workflows&contribute to improving digital asset libraries.

Stay updated on the latest developments& industry innovationsin 3D fashion.

Product Creation

Creation of technical CAD drawings & schematics to enable Development & vendor partners torealise&completecreative ambitionin-linewith categoryobjectives.

High level coherence of seasonal product adjustments to ensureaccurate,timelyamends are captured, actioned & communicated.

Partnering with Development counterparts throughout seasonal intervals & stage gates to ensure aligned focus against seasonal categoryobjectives.

Develop global vendor partnerships (with Development counterparts) to ensure creative outlook is understood,viable&aligns to creative, consumer & categoryobjectives.

Content Creation

Working closely with the Product Management team to support the creation& publicationof collateral at each Global gate/touchpoint (Internal Design Reviews, VLR, GTM, KAP, Pre-Line).

Utilisingdesign software to develop new waysinillustrating & communicating product appearance,benefit& technologies.

Crafting & publishing outstanding creative tools that enhance impact within vendor partnerships, internal team members & external athletes & customers.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

High levelproficiencywithin the Adobe software suite.

Relevant years ofexperienceof3D modelling &renderingtools/packages (Clo3D) or data-2-design software.

Strong passion for football,apparel& thefootball industry.

Proven industrytrack recordwithin the given field.

Strong graphic design knowledge/background.

Hand& Digitalsketching capability.

Project management skills &comfortablein a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail& awareness.

Problem solving attitude.

Domestic & International travelrequired.
