Are you an experienced Operational Resilience Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge? We are supporting a financial services organisation to help with their recruitment. This starting salary is £40,000 and offers hybrid working – the office is based in West Malling. Key Responsibilities for the Operational Resilience Coordinator: – Acting as 1st Line of Defence within the compliance and risk team – Responding to real time risks as they happen – Incident management and coordination of action points, e.g. Data breaches, Technology Outages both internal and customer facing – Coordination of disaster recovery activities – Implementing new procedures from policy changes from 2nd Line of Defence – Following up on Action points/remediations from audit reports Key Skills for the Operational Resilience Coordinator: – A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an operational Resilience, business continuity or disaster recovery coordination position – It is essential you have experience in a Financial Services Setting – Commutable distance from West Malling Please apply as directed
