Job Type: Full-Time: Mon to Friday 6:00 am – 18:00, 60 Hours per week.

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Mobile Security Team Leader to oversee our team of mobile drivers. This role involves
delivering exceptional security services, monitoring incidents, and ensuring duties are completed to a high standard in line with
company guidelines. The successful candidate will work both in the office and on the road, demonstrating a proactive and
professional approach to all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day operations and manage staff effectively.
* Support line managers and assist with audits.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, particularly regarding vehicle maintenance and driving.
* Maintain clear communication with line managers, teams, clients, and customers.
* Manage rotas to ensure all shifts are adequately covered.
* Support mobilisations for new sites and projects.
* Update patrol routes and systems to reflect operational changes.
* Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and other vehicle-related tasks.
* Ensure drivers are fully briefed on changes and responsibilities.
* Provide a range of mobile services, including patrols, alarm response, escort duties, and more.
* Respond to security and safety incidents promptly and professionally.
* Maintain the professional appearance and functionality of patrol vehicles.
* Deliver excellent customer service across diverse environments and cultures.
* Comply with SIA licensing requirements and the Private Security Industry Act.
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong communicator with excellent professional phone etiquette.
* Great attention to detail and highly organized.
* Effective problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Computer literate, with the ability to update systems and maintain records accurately.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and independently on the road.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role, preferably within security services.
* Knowledge of security operations, including patrols, alarm responses, and incident reporting.
* Valid SIA license and driving record.
* Previous experience managing schedules and staff rotas.
