Our high-growth PE backed client require an Interim Finance Consultant for the next 6-9 months to run a recapitalisation due diligence project.
Key Responsibilities and Profile required:
- Experience running and managing the due diligence for a recapitalisation and partial exit
- Experience of Β£1bn+ transactions (namely exit/sell-side experience)
- Working directly with investment banks β providing information as required; understanding the demand and expectations for requirements, and timelines
- Working directly with external lawyers β as above including SPA documentation
- Able to work autonomously in delivery of this project
