About The Role…
Reporting into Head of Segment as the Portfolio Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be part of a central cross functional team, working in close collaboration with marketing colleagues covering 22 European locations. Part of the Nomad Foods’ Group Portfolio Team which are responsible for the Win with our Food Quadrant of the Flywheel.
- Understand the category vision and how its key drivers are the basis for segment growth and brand growth – build clear sell in for innovation and renovation in line with this to support market execution
- Understand the principles of portfolio management and space & place to be able to support MUs to
- identify opportunities for NPD
- Have looked beyond the immediate frozen category to draw inspiration from the broader food market and led the team to apply these learnings within strategies and plans
- Lead innovation and renovation work streams, working in a cross functional team.
- Strong understanding of consumer validation methodology, how to interpret data and insights and make informed recommendations.
- Understand the One Nomad Innovation Process and Stage Gate process – lead workshops and mobilise teams behind the workstreams
About you… We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager, who has worked in a similar Commercial/Marketing function within a FMCG branded business, (ideally food). You’re a strong communicator, able to collaborate and influence stakeholders to achieve goals. We look for people who are focused on getting results, embrace learning and bring positive energy, combining initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Successfully led product innovation development, having ideally worked in a category led organisation
- Able to demonstrate strong people influence skills and collaboration to work in cross functional Teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Ideally work across different countries and with diverse nationalities
