Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll also oversee and develop a Client Payment Assistant. Key Responsibilities Review client statements using Tagmin and coordinate with client teams. Match payments to projects, calculate commission splits, and manage transfers. Lead bi-weekly income reviews and act as the first point of contact for payment queries. Raise and chase client invoices, including VAT-specific invoices. Generate ledgers, post transactions in Sage, and assist with reconciliations. Supervise, train, and support the Client Payment Assistant. Identify process improvements and contribute to month-end financial tasks.
