What Are We Looking For? RSE Control Systems (Blackburn Starling) are looking for an experienced Electrical CAD Technician to join their existing team on a permanent basis at their office in Nottingham. As a specialist business in the manufacturing of MCC’s and power control sector, you’ll get the opportunity to work on technically complex and challenging projects, alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Design Engineers & Technicians who have an extensive background and experience within the industry. Some of Your Key Duties Include: Work with design teams and project delivery teams to produce drawings Independently work and manage timescales against project programmes Produce plans and technical drawings for projects Make changes to exiting designs Checking the quality of information collected on site, and the successful transition to deliverables Any other duties as required by the business What Do You Need? Qualified to HNC level would be advantageous, but not necessary Good knowledge in the use of AutoCAD & 3D modelling Keen focus on quality whilst also be able to work at pace within a multi-disciplinary team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Full UK Driving Licence Blackburn Starling – Who Are We?
