Must-Haves
- GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade 5 or above – or equivalent)
- A keen eye for detail and a love of staying organised
- Confident using a computer – especially Word & Excel

- Creating and formatting documents for clients and internal teams
- Entering and updating data accurately in our systems
- Managing emails and keeping files organised
- Supporting payment and premium processing
- Checking documents and ensuring everything is in order
- Assisting with client claims and admin tasks
- Based in Cheltenham – accessible location with good local links
- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
