We’re looking for a technical marketing automation expert who can turn Pardot into a revenue engine. Someone who knows how to build sophisticated, scalable workflows that don’t just look good—they drive pipeline. If you’re the kind of person who gets excited about segmentation logic, lead scoring, and building automations that sales teams celebrate —let\’s go.
Responsibilities
– Architect and execute multi-touch nurture campaigns using Pardot and Engagement Studio.
– Build scalable, data-driven workflows that support regional sales teams and shorten sales cycles.
– Own the integration between Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and the wider marketing tech stack.
– Create custom forms, automation rules, and completion actions that drive engagement and conversions.
– Build segmentation strategies across job titles, industries, and company sizes to ensure the right message hits the right inbox at the right time.
– Track, test, and optimise everything. If it doesn’t move the needle, we don’t do it.
Skills and Experience
– 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and Engagement Studio.
– Proven track record of building sophisticated, multi-step automations that generate pipeline.
– Strong grasp of data hygiene, list management, and lead lifecycle processes.
– Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
– Analytical mindset—AI optimised, you know how to read the numbers and act on them.
– Pardot Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
