Job Summary
Are you a digital leader ready to shape exceptional online experiences? Our client, a leading hospitality business, believes in creating seamless, meaningful interactions throughout every step of their customer journey. As they continue to grow, their commitment to driving an exceptional digital-first experience is stronger than ever – and this is where you come in!
As Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead their digital journey, combining a user-first mindset with innovative digital marketing expertise. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will define and execute their digital strategy to deliver measurable results across all channels. This is a pivotal role, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution to shape the future of their online presence and customer journey.
You’ll oversee a talented team of 5 across digital product, digital marketing, and analytics, ensuring that every decision is driven by data, customer insight, and a passion for innovation.
Minimum Requirements
Successful candidates must have hospitality or similar experience, multi-site and regional (international experience would be a plus!).

Salary
- £100,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus
