Position Description
The Wilberforce School is seeking a full-time Lower School Aide for the next school year. Duties include supporting the classroom teacher with lessons and carrying out Lower School oversight, such as recess, lunch, and student arrival/dismissal duties. At our school, being a Lower School Aide requires servant-heartedness, a quickness in lending a helping hand (grading, crafting, cleaning, supporting a student), guiding students to mature holistically, and spending time outside all-year long. Aides should model a mature Christian life and should know Scripture well as well as demonstrate a love for all students in words and deeds. Background in elementary education is preferred.
