Warehouse Operators, Permanent, Larkhall, £31,930 per annum plus overtime Are you an experienced Stores Operator with a valid Counterbalance forklift licence and a strong understanding of fast-paced warehouse environments? If you're looking for a full-time role offering excellent pay, work-life balance, and long-term career prospects, we'd love to hear from you! What you'll be doing: As a Warehouse Stores / Forklift Driver, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly within a busy manufacturing plant. Your key responsibilities will include: Getting involved with all aspects of the accurate and efficient storage and distribution of goods including goods in, stock relocation, preparing goods for despatch and loading vehicles Operation of mechanical handling equipment including pallet trucks and forklift trucks to relocate goods within warehouse and production areas, put away stock in warehouse locations and load trucks Preparing goods for despatch using attention to detail to achieve high levels of order accuracy Use of a hand-held scanning system ensuring accurate management of stock inventory Handling and completion of any goods in / despatch related documentation What you can expect: A permanent contract with a highly competitive salary of £31,930 per annum The opportunity to work regular overtime paid at time and a half and double time (£21.93 and £29.24) A continental shift pattern working a mix of day shifts and night shifts Great work / life balance – over six months of the year on rest days or annual leave Investment in training & development Full uniform On site parking What we are looking for: A solid work history and a can-do enthusiastic approach to work Experience of working within a warehouse & distribution environment Ability to thrive in an active, fast paced environment whilst delivering elevated levels of accuracy A current, up to date Counterbalance forklift licence with at least six months practical driving experience If you're interested in working for a well-respected business, then we'd love to hear from you.
