- Undertake effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work with adults with care and support needs and carers, identifying needs in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policy, and procedures.
- Undertake safeguarding duties as required to protect adults with care and support needs from abuse or neglect.
- Practice social work in a transparent, accountable, and safe way in accordance with professional standards, ethics, and values.

- Experience of working directly with adults with care and support needs.
- Registered as a Social Worker with Social Work England.
- Social work qualification, BA, MA, CQSW, CSS, DipSW.
Additional Information to Note
- Working hours: 37 hours per week.
- Some working outside normal office hours will be required.
- Enhanced DBS required.
- This post is covered by the Government’s Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers. The Post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
