Our team of hundreds of skilled experts keep Formula 1 moving. We’re on the lookout for a Brand Approvals and DAM Executive. The main purpose of the role is to support the Brand Management Team, assisting with F1 Brand Approvals – the use of Brand and Trademarks of the F1 Brand by internal F1 teams and F1 partners, and to manage day to day administration of F1 Asset Drive – our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Helping to run and manage the approvals process for submissions of F1 branded content from Partners, Promoters, Broadcasters, Licensees and internal teams, ensuring all submissions comply with the brand guidelines, trademarks and license agreements.Managing and building relations with our growing family of commercial stakeholders, including Promoters, Partners, Broadcasters and Licensees – assisting with approvals requests, conducting brand guidelines inductions, onboarding them on to our approvals process and DAM platform, providing support and guidanceWorking closely with the Brand Manager, Design Studio, Legal and Trademarks teams to ensure brand and legal compliance and to guide the approvals processDevelop, document and refine the approval workflow to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecksWhen required, photograph and log product samples into a trademark database, which is accessed internally to help with any general and/or trademark issues.Manage the Trophy approvals and replicas process – Ensure all trophy designs are received from the race promoters 3 months prior to the event, including cost and lead time information. You may also be required to request trophy replicas for teamsSupporting the day-to-day administration of the F1 Digital Asset Management Platform, which will include:Helping with the updates and distribution of Brand Guidelines and partner specific guidelines for Promoters, Sponsors, BroadcastersAssisting in the creation of and distributing relevant F1 style guides & toolkits of brand assets.Uploading assets and photography, tagging assets to aid efficient search, creating collections and landing pages for easy accessManaging stakeholder registration, access and permissions and the onboarding process
